When it comes to compute and token spend, we focus on doing one thing well: improving how you purchase compute and tokens, including optimizing for the billing construct that minimizes your costs and maximizes your savings.

NGEN finances token and compute spend commitments for customers, prepaying the commitment purchase from a given provider, and then helps customers manage and spend-optimize their token and compute procurement. What we do not do is change your infrastructure (i.e. hardware, technology, engineering, or cloud architecture) – we strictly live at the billing layer and focus on how you are paying for what you are using. We are also not a reseller or arbitrageur of compute/tokens – we are a partner to providers and drive significant benefits to our customers. Those benefits include:

    Increase Profitability: We maximize the discounts you receive on your compute and token spend, most significantly by prepaying your commitment upfront. Prepayment is valuable to providers (accelerates their investment at no cost to them), so the incremental discounts are material. Ultimately, you generate more profit and more runway (e.g. a 30% discount financed at 12% interest is profit straight to your bottom line).

    Increase Flexibility and Decrease Overcommitment Risk: You no longer have to stress about overcommitting and ending up with stranded commitment capacity if usage drops, and you no longer have to either not commit at all or commit to your lowest level of usage. We transfer unused commitment capacity from your commitment to another company that wants the extra commitment capacity. Your committed spend also encompasses a wide array of resources and products/services.

    We Help Structure, Manage, and Optimize Your Procurement with Real Action: We've done the commitment structuring and negotiating for you, so just slot into our standard commitment framework. We then monitor your usage, suggest how to optimize your procurement and billing constructs to maximize dollars saved, and then can actually execute what we recommend. No more observability or suggestion without real action.

    Increase Predictability of Compute and Token Costs: Even with a commitment, monthly spend that is based on consumption can vary and swing wildly, which is bad for forecasting and resource planning. With NGEN, regardless of your consumption pattern, you pay for your commitment with a fixed quarterly cost.

    Guaranteed Access to Capacity: Some providers, like OpenAI through their Guaranteed Capacity program, are selling certainty of access through spend commitments. These programs reward exactly what most companies cannot do: committing large, prepaid dollar amounts. Your competitors are securing allocation now; the constraint is your capital, and we remove it.

    Save Valuable Equity Capital: We enable you to avoid spending valuable equity capital on a growing expense. If you are a growing company, your cost of equity capital is likely much higher than the cost of our financing. Our commercial infrastructure empowers you to take advantage of this valuable cost of capital arbitrage. Additionally, you pay us quarterly, an attractive payment and working capital cadence that allows you to accelerate your own investment.

What We Need

We would like you to fill out the Commitment Indication Form below.

We are trying to get a sense of which providers would be most helpful to companies like yours for us to work with first. To do that, we are seeing how much committed spend per provider you would have flow through NGEN (at a much lower cost to you). This is completely non-binding and anonymous – there is nothing to sign. NGEN will use your indication only anonymized or aggregated with other indications and will never identify your company without your prior consent. Based on which providers accumulate the most demand, we would look to target them first.

Filling out the Commitment Indication Form costs you nothing – no fees and no commercial obligations. What it does get you:

A) The Headline Terms above as your baseline: The discount rates, financing terms, and commitment structures above are the starting terms we will push to carry into definitive documentation for your commitment.

B) Priority in provider capacity allocation: As we finalize commitment frameworks with providers, companies with indications on file are first in line – capacity programs like OpenAI's sell out by allocation, and indicated demand is what secures access.

To participate, check off each provider you would commit with in the Commitment Indication Form below, and give us an indicative annual commitment value (a range is fine). Aggregate indicated demand is also what lets us negotiate deeper discounts with providers on your behalf, so your indication directly improves your own terms.
